Originally from Greece, she moved to England when she was 16 and graduated from Cambridge University with an M.A. in economics. Telvin has more than 20 years of experience enhancing the performance of individual executives, teams and organizations. Telvin’s practical approach to leadership and organization development began during his 19-years at Kohl’s Corporation, Inc., where he served as Executive President of HR for 9 years. Earlier in his career, Telvin served as Chief Transformation and Global HR Officer at Radio Shack Corporation. As a Principal with Humanfluent, Telvin helps individuals and teams across a wide variety of functions and industries build the management and leadership capacity to consistently deliver high Performance.
Telvin serves on the Advisory boards of Even Financial and Evergreen Trading. He also serves as a Board Member and Compensation Committee Chair for Convoy of Hope, an international disaster relief organization. Telvin lives in Dallas, Texas with his daughter and their dog, Winston.
