Arianna Huffington is the founder and CEO of Thrive Global, the founder of The Huffington Post, and the author of 15 books, including, most recently, Thrive and The Sleep Revolution (instant bestsellers). In 2016, she launched Thrive Global, a leading behavior change tech company with the mission of changing the way we work and live by ending the collective delusion that burnout is the price we must pay for success.
She has been named to Time Magazine's list of the world’s 100 most influential people and the Forbes Most Powerful Women list. Originally from Greece, she moved to England when she was 16 and graduated from Cambridge University with an M.A. in economics. At 21, she became president of the famed debating society, the Cambridge Union. She serves on numerous boards, including Onex and The B Team.

Jon has a background in behavioral and cognitive psychology, with a degree from Skidmore College. Prior to founding Even, Jon was HUGE's first product designer, and worked on redesigns of Target.com, CNN.com, and other highly trafficked websites. Following HUGE, Jon founded an app development company that made "Knock," a mobile app used to replace computer logins with gesture controls, which was #1 on the app store in 152 countries.

Telvin has more than 20 years of experience enhancing the performance of individual executives, teams and organizations. Telvin’s practical approach to leadership and organization development began during his 19-years at Kohl’s Corporation, Inc., where he served as Executive President of HR for 9 years. Earlier in his career, Telvin served as Chief Transformation and Global HR Officer at Radio Shack Corporation. As a Principal with Humanfluent, Telvin helps individuals and teams across a wide variety of functions and industries build the management and leadership capacity to consistently deliver high performance.
Telvin serves on the Advisory boards of Even Financial and Evergreen Trading. He also serves as a Board Member and Compensation Committee Chair for Convoy of Hope, an international disaster relief organization. Telvin lives in Dallas, Texas with his daughter and their dog, Winston.
